The doctor was absolutely amazing and quick but the check-in/front desk staff were subpar at best. It took over 20 minutes for them to print a physician's note for our daughter for school. They also do not understand how insurance works (specifically double coverage). We had to pay out of pocket upfront because they don't understand how to bill a secondary insurance. One of the front desk staff was openly frustrated with another staff member, which made it uncomfortable at check out as well.

Communication is awful. Phones are never answered, responses are by text but hit and miss. They offered appointment times and asked for a text with our choice of appointment and they would confirm. We chose the time two days prior. No confirmation text was ever received. Absolutely unacceptable if you want to take care of your clients and your practice. I do not recommend this practice!

This was my first visit to this business. Everyone was friendly and the optometrist I saw was very helpful and made sure all of my issues and concerns were addressed. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was very informed about what my insurance allowed and what would cost me more. Overall I am very happy that I decided to make an appointment.
