Hello i am leaving a one star review bc i can not do ZERO stars. this clinic is absolutely horrible with rude staff. Please tell me why i had an appointment scheduled as of THREE MONTHS AGO and as soon as i show up to the clinic i get a call from rock wood and as i was about to answer they hung up the phone leaving an automated call saying my appointment was cancelled. WHAT how can someone call me 3 MINUTES before my appointment time canceling saying the doctor is out. what kind of notice is that and when my frustration was explained they said i had to leave or they'd call security. This clinic is a joke. the worst experience i've ever had and as someone who KNOWS HOW PATIENT SHOULD BE TREATED THIS IS NOT IT. You guys clearly don't care for your patients or their well being please do better and get better staff.
