Serenity Eye Care

I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice. A few days ago I dropped my glasses and then proceeded to run over them. I called here and they were able to get me in the day after New Year's Day. I arrived early...they started my appointment early and had me completed and next door getting glasses before my original appointment time. The staff and Optometrist were all so nice and the Optometrist got me exactly what I needed without my previous prescription. We have a new Optometrist office!! Thanks for saving the day!!

Professional, Caring and Competent. I made the terrible decision of seeing another (highly rated) optometrist first, and the result was enduring 3 months of a very incorrect prescription. Thank goodness Dr. Thompson could squeeze me in! He was able to quickly correct my prescription, and had me on my way in no time. I can see again. You can't truly value how important a competent eye doctor is until you have to deal with an incompetent one. Don't waste your time - skip the other guys and come here first!

I have been going to Serenity Eye Care for three years. Their office has the newest technology in optometry; making appointments quick and thorough. Dr. Jeffrey Thompson and his staff have been exceptionally kind, professional and helpful in caring for the health of my eyes. Dr. Thompson has gone beyond in helping me achieve my goals of finding multifocal contacts that work for me. I have recommend their office to family and co-workers.

My entire family has been coming here since opening. We've had each of the OD's perform our exams and/or contact fittings. Appointments are easy to get, office is always clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend this office!

My family has been using Serenity Eye Care for the past 3-4 years and have been super happy. Everyone on staff has been friendly and helpful, and the optoms are great! They caught an issue with my eyes that previous providers had missed and made sure things got squared away to get it fixed.

We tried out Serenity Eyecare the day before Thanksgiving. My husband has had two retina detachments in the past and we needed a qualified eye doctor to make sure he was doing ok. We saw Dr Jeffrey Thompson who was fantastic. They have advanced diagnostic equipment which was fast and easy. In fact it was so advanced , it didn't even require dilation. We were so impressed with this office, I asked if they could squeeze me in for an appointment also. They said "No problem, they take walk-ins," so I was seen as well. We then got two new pairs of eyeglasses each at Eyewear Express (connected to their office) with one pair each being free. They made our glasses (including prescription sunglasses) in UNDER 20 minutes! The eye exams were fast too. We cannot recommend this provider high enough!! This is the place to go!

Great experience. Saw Dr Larry Thompson. Explained everything, very friendly, and was super happy to be able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday.

Got my first set of real contacts here, I'm super excited! They were nice and patient, easy to get along with and super open! Hope to come back to them soon!
