It's clean, crisp, and well lit inside so you feel comfortable and welcomed. Lisa was amazing. She answered all my technical questions with ease and was friendly and helpful through the entire process. Dr. Ulland was nice, professional, and answered all my questions. I finally found a place I'll go back to time and time again.

The staff is pleasant and helpful, however their glasses are terrible. I have two boys, 14 and 16. Have worn glasses since they were 5. Have never had an issue with broken glasses/frames. Both of their glasses have broken within two months of receiving them. The arm piece broke on both pair. Not the same brand or frame type, but both broke in the same spot. Shopko has no warranty on glasses. You have to pair extra for that. We won't be back. Again, staff is great. It's to bad their product is not.

1-8-2025 - I just bought my 3rd pair of glasses from Shopko Optical at the Y and I found my experience to be very good. Marla is an amazing person who cares about people and doing what is best for the customer. I was also able to interact with Lisa and Rocky and they were helpful and kind as well.
