Spokane Eye Clinic -- Central/Northside

Easy reception. Comfortable waiting room. Preliminary tests were thorough. Dr Jack and his assistant were great. Only wish I had been prepared for being so uncomfortable from the shot. It is itchy and watery. I hope I will feel better tomorrow.

Zero stars I waited over an hour after being so called checked in by front desk I had 5 people check in after me. They were taken back before me. after an hour of waiting I asked front desk what the issues was and she didn't even check me in what a waste of a morning for me.

Dr Riley was pleasant and positive. He was able to address my concerns and the whole experience was lovely. I was nervous about my situation and he put me at ease immediately. His PA was also very personable and friendly.

Dr. Riley is by far the best, Hands down! Very professional, speaks so you understand on laymen terms and patient with questions you may have, and explains your situation step by step and what to watch for, if anything. I have been his patient for many years. Plan to be for more to come. Best bedside manners... he just needs to be cloned!

I really liked Dr. Riley. He was very professional, yet personable and explained exactly what was wrong, and made a referral for addition treatment. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

The surgery scheduler Julie Becker was homaphobic and called me slurs. This is not an inclusive business and employes bigots. Beware of coming here if you are part of the LGBT community

Terrible staff mainly the staff making appt mainly Devon! They are accusationsal, rude, threatening don't care about patient! I've had to cancel Appts due to my job schedule and they could care less and state because I can work that my eyes can't be that bad and to suck it up and discharged me as a patient!!! Excuse me but my bills need paid and luckily I have an understanding boss that allows me to take my job easy when I'm having these eye issues. Will never do business with this company again!!!

I have lost sight in my right ,eye lower/left corner. My eye has an ache, and it feels like there is something in it! I went to urgent care to have it looked at . The staff said I have to have my eye looked at now!!!!!! No waiting they called eye clinics, but no one can see me. So I went home and called eye clinics and finally got an appointment with spokane Eye Clinic Doctor riley. my wife and I drove up to the North side. Got there on time, and they told me. I couldn't be seen without referral. I had to pay for it out of my pocket. I have no money to do, so I'm still hurting. It hurts my heart. I feel absolutely rejected. State medical insurance. I don't understand why this happened. I'm still thinking I might be blind. In my eyes forever. I had a referral from the urgent care, but they couldn't find the information. Now I'm back at square one from my eyes towards. I can't see either the right side very well. I've no depth perception. I have to go back to urgent care or a Doctor to get a referral. To see a eye Doctor!!!!!!!!!!
