I have two small kids that needed glasses and had the most exceptional experience here! Hannah and Nathan made everything so painless and fun for us, I ended up getting a walk in exam and some glasses for my husband as well. Hannah went over prices with me and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase before proceeding, while Nathan helped the kiddos pick out frames and even gave them activity pages with crayons to keep them busy while we finished the transaction! Hands down, the best customer service experience I've gotten while getting glasses for the family.

Going to Stanton Optical was a wonderful experience for me and my family! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I was seen for a walk-in eye exam and two pair of glasses. I had Hannah as my eye exam technician, she was wonderful!Hannah was humorous, had great energy, thorough with her work and provided great assistance in helping me pick out two pair of glasses for myself. Very comfortable atmosphere and I look forward to seeing them again!

Her personality can light up any room and she was so beyond informative!
I didn't know what I needed or how it worked since this is my first pregnancy and my prescription has changed a lot.
She told me what I needed, and also let me know about a glasses club that will help pay for new glasses when my prescription inevitably changes again likely due to pregnancy.
She was kind, educated and made this experience absolutely lovely. I typically dread buying glasses because there's so many choices and I'm basically blind lol but with her help and expertise, I walked out happy!

Had an eye exam done here and it was a great experience, mostly because of the customer service. The exam was very professional, and the place was extremely clean. I selected a frame from the huge selection they have in stock. I will definitely be back the next time I need an eye exam, or more glasses.
I want to mention Nathan and Jessica by name, because of their customer service and pleasant demeanor. I don't always like to go to doctor/eye exams, or anything like that, but the staff here made the experience above and beyond my expectations.

Darrel and I can't say enough about Stanton the the crew there. Exam was free. We got in fast! They are very friendly. I picked out the 2/ $79 frames. Darrel got a sunglass frame and progressive lens in clear and shaded. They got the glasses to us fast. Then, after a puppy chewed not even week old glasses, they took TOTAL care of us. Will be going back for sure!! And telling friends and family
