Honestly, I had the best experience ever with the Airway Heights location. Not only was Dr. Millsap thorough and friendly, but I actually had fun picking out frames with Joanna. I have never had such a positive optometry appointment before and I felt like Dr. Millsap really listened, paid attention to me, and tailored my new prescription in a way I haven't experienced before. It was not like other vision clinics where I felt rushed and dismissed, offered the most expensive frame, and then kicked out the door. Vision Institute NW was welcoming, friendly, helped me find frames I loved while staying in budget, and showed me that they care. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

My husband purchased a frame and lens based on a supposed eye problem he never knew he had. The frames were supposedly stronger than the average pair, but were not covered by insurance. Well we are a year out from his service and the frames broke twice and the lenses don't seem any different than his last pair which were half the price. I do not suggest this business based on the products we were sold. I also tried to call this place to ask about any coverage for the frames less than a year old and the young lady who answered was polite enough but absolutely no help. Avoid.

Dr Zinc has been my eye Dr for years. He always honest & upfront. He listens to my concerns & answers all my questions.
Vision institute Northwest is a nice relaxing place. Everyone there are so helpful with everything. Their whole place is always so nice & clean. They are all so helpful when I bring my 95 yr old Mom in & she's in a wheelchair. This is a very nice place to come for your eye care.

Dr. Barnhart is so kind, she takes the time to answer questions and she always displays professionalism. Ariel is awesome, she is quite helpful and very knowledgeable. She went over what my insurance covered. I told her I was on a budget and she didn't pressure me into expensive frames.
When I checked in the young girl at the desk was on the phone and she didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. I wish every one would wear a name tag so I could address them by name.
