Came into buy contacts with my insurance and was able to provide my contact prescription. They told me my prescription was no good and for glasses only. After I told them I hadn't had my eyes tested for glasses in ten years I was called a liar. I was later informed they were just lazy and didn't want to do they're jobs.

Know your insurance plan before going.
I have zero issues with the way I was treated and the professionalism of the staff.
What I do have a problem with is that they knew, prior to me getting an exam that they were not in my network. I got to pay 5x more than necessary because not a single person had the courtesy to point out to my dumbass "hey, did you realize this about your plan?" I would not have taken the eye exam had I known they were out of my network. It was quite a shock to me since I've been using different Walmart Vision Center for the last 18 years.

The service we received at this vision center was amazing. We dropped off our prescription within less than a week our new glasses arrived at half the cost of our previous non Walmart pair. The technician also adjusted our previous pair. Would highly recommend this vision center.

Brenda told us they didnt take state insurance because they didnt make any money off state insurance...then quickly walked off and played with her phone refusing to help us. Luckily her non discriminitory coworker Lucas was professional and helped us. Lucas was a great. Please keep Lucas.

I hadn't realized on was on my last pair of contacts so I went in to order more. I told the lady I was having issues with my right one staying in focus and I thought it had a tear. She was nice enough to give me a new one to hold me over until my order showed up. Which was only 2 days later! Fantastic service and speedy delivery! And the price was lower this time!

Our experience with the staff was great. Selection was great, too. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the darn phones. It took us nearly 3 hours because the employee had to keep stopping to answer the phone. They need a receptionist!!!! The prices aren't so good that others will forgo going somewhere else and put up with that type of service.

My family has been going to this optical center for the last 10 years. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. We're very happy with the variety of frames they have to choose from. Their office is very easy to get into for eye exams and they do a great job. I would absolutely recommend this vision center!
