Dr. Grout and staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. As someone who is older, it's nice to have a staff who dispenses with the routine questions and gets to the point. A yearly exam should not be a 2 hour process of waiting. With Dr Grout, it's professional and caring wrapped up in a relatively quick visit.

Dr. Grout and her team are incredibly kind and professional. She helped me with my new prescription and helped me heal an itching eyelid. She always takes time to explain my vision and has great bedside or "eyeside" manner during my exam. I love what they all do for my vision.

Dr. Grout is so kind and thorough with her exams. She really listens to my issues and comes up with a solution, taking my input so we can agree together on the best course of action. She is such a professional, and feels like an old friend/small town doctor... you know a doctor you can always rely on and you grew up with type feel. Her practice is just lovely with good vibes, and you can feel it as soon as you walk in.

Highly Recommend The staff here is incredibly friendly, and their speed is unbelievable. My daughter had her eye exam just four days ago, and her glasses are already in the store ready for pickup. I've waited months at other eye doctors, so this was a huge and refreshing change. Their service, communication, and turnaround time are truly top-tier. Give them a try -- you won't regret it.

5star service, very thorough, Dr. is very knowledgeable and explaining everything as we go along the testing. Very impressed. My appointment was at two. I got there at 1:40. They took me right back. The ladies are diamonds in the rough. I will not go anywhere else. I got out of there at 2:20 WOW !! Fastest exam I've ever had. Thank you so much. Can't wait to get my glasses. Awesome job ladies keep it up.

Wishlist Optical - Dr. Carolyn is an excellent optometrist. She knows her stuff and has great experience. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. I feel confident that the prescription she wrote for my glasses is exactly what I need. I would highly recommend seeing her for all of your eye care needs. Elizabeth, Amy and Marie were all kind and knowledgeable about glasses. They provided me with some good insights. I spoke with Elizabeth on Wednesday and booked an appointment for Friday of the same week! At Wishlist optical, they have a great staff, an amazing doctor, and a convenient location, I highly recommend!

Idk why'd you go anywhere else. Fas, smart, intuitive staff that cares beyond any words I could express here. They were closed. And my Superbowl viewing day ruined. Because I dropped my contacts.
