Amazing staff, thorough exams, and efficient workflow! The space is clean, quiet, and calming. Every step of scheduling, coming to, and leaving the appointment makes me feel valued as a patient and customer. Dr. Woolsey, Emily, and Sarah are wonderful (as well as every one in the office). I really value the effort and thoughtfulness that this office has put into their business plan.

We had an amazing experience at Vision Health. Everything was super clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and attentive. He was very sweet and understanding as I had my four kids with me. We will definitely come back if we ever need an optometrist or just to purchase glasses. We would recommend this place to everyone.

I would not recommend this office based on my experience. From the moment I scheduled the appointment -- and again during the visit -- I was very clear that I only wanted services fully covered by my insurance. Despite that, additional services were performed that were not covered, and I was not informed they would result in out-of-pocket charges. A retinal screening was added for approximately $45 without my request, and I was charged over $60 for a contact lens evaluation simply because I mentioned I had worn contacts in the past. At no point was I clearly told that these services were optional or not covered by my insurance. When selecting contacts, I again emphasized that I only wanted options fully covered under my Regence plan. While there were covered options available, I was later contacted and encouraged to switch to recommended brands that would cost $100-$200 out-of-pocket even after insurance rebates. Additionally, their pricing on frames and glasses was significantly higher than other providers such as Costco -- nearly double in some cases. Overall, I left feeling that there was a strong push toward additional charges rather than clear communication about insurance coverage and patient preference. Transparency about optional services and costs would have made this a very different experience.

Very professional staff, very professional doctor, and a very big selection of top name glasses! I checked in, sat down for less than 2 minutes and was called back. Which was nice to not have to wait. They also called me by my preferred name Dave rather than David which I think was nice. I was able to find new safety frames for work that I needed and I couldn't be happier about them as well as with my experience at vision health! I'm not sure why there are 1 star reviews stating vision health is pushing sakes on people. They were not even close to like that towards me!

Dr.Loeb's the best! She is experienced and knowledgeable. I've seen her for years. The staff were all friendly and the building is beautiful.

I've always had a good experience in the past but lately the service isn't great. I had ordered 2 pairs of glasses and had to call to find out that one pair arrived and an additional call was needed to get an update for the other pair since no one called me back. When I went to pick them a fitting wasn't needed so I didn't make an appointment. When I went in I was told to wait and someone would be with me shortly. Of the 5 people working at that moment only one person was responsible for getting the glasses from the back. Rather than quickly grabbing my glasses she said she had to assist another customer. I went back to the front desk and was told I need to make an appointment. I got in my car said I'd be back in 15 minutes and asked if that was enough time for someone to grab them and bring to the front desk. That's the worst case "not my job" encounter I've experienced.

While they have a nice modern facility and Dr Germane is well versed/experienced in eye care, we unfortunately had a less positive experience. Overall, it was much too salesy for us where not only did they 1) fail to properly check our insurance coverage (which specifically includes a full digital image...and instead push their $49 wellness exam...not good), but also 2) encourage us to get new glasses before even asking if there were any concerns with our current glasses. I had high hopes for Vision Health based upon such strong reviews by other clients, but will be looking for care elsewhere. The office manager did call to apologize a couple days later, but my wife and I just aren't comfortable with the overall feeling there.

Clean facility with professional, personable staff. Dr. German in particular is a great provider with excellent listening skills and a kind, compassionate bedside manner. The prices on their frames and lenses are very reasonable as well and come with a very nice two-year warranty. Highly recommend.
