Saw the eye doctors, very nice friendly, professional. Place is clean, open, well thought out.

Doctors were wonderful with my son definitely recommend!

Unknown phone number "messaged" contacted me 3 times to confirm appointment which I confirmed the 1st time and also the 2nd abd 3rd. After being there going through 2 different people looking at my eyes I was told they'd have to find someone who could finish the process and would make me a future appointment! I arrived at 9 am and wasn't finished until 10:45 am.

The eye doctor was very dry and had absolutely no personality or sense of humor. Very difficult to get a hold of the gig harbor place. Leave a message and it takes 24 hours or more to get a call back, if you miss the call you have to start all over because the gig harbor building doesn't have a way to call them directly. For children's eye appointments, they do not do them after 3,because they Dilate the eyes. Funny, all my other eye doctors didn't have an issue with this. I do not take my child out of school for an appointment. I would have given a "0",however that wasn't an option to leave a review. Save yourself time,energy and money.

Unbelievable........i scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance to have a cyst removed at the location in UP/Fircrest. I go in & they tell me its too large to remove & to go see someone else (even though this place is an eye, skin & cosmetic surgery establishment). So, not only did i not get what i went in for resolved, but i get a surprise bill for $337! & of course they wouldnt take my insurance AFTER receiving my card. Funny how you go in to get taken care of & they dont, but are happy to take your money! Also, if they "specialize" in more than 1 thing, chances are its not the greatest place to go. My advice? Stick to a place that specializes in 1 thing. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. At least they answered 2 other questions i had, so its not a complete waste of time & 1 star review.......

I went here for an eye exam in February of 2018. I thought they did a great job and ran very quickly. I also bought a pair of glasses I needed and the customer service was excellent. They took the extra time to make sure I got a pair that fit my features well. My glasses also came in less than a week which was a surprise.

Was told by a repersentive that they would take my coordinated care insurance because I was an existing patient. Left work two hours early. Came to the office only to be told they don't take my insurance and had an insurance manager tell me to change my insurance and then I could be seen by them. I made this appointment in October and have waited four months to be told I can't be seen. Why don't you guys check insurances before people show up? Must really enjoy wasting people's time.

My son was referred to Dr.Brockman. He is the best doctor we have seen in a while. He was very engaging and communicated well which not only me but also with my son who was his patient. My son loves being addressed and advocating for himself and Dr. Brockman helped him feel confident and heard. His nurse Neffra was spot on. She was very gentle and made my son along with my little daughter feel comfortable. She set the tone for the appointment. Seeing her happy face and her positive good energy it made our trip to Dermatologist very nice. My son left smiling and couldn't stop talking about the impact they had on his day. Thank you both!!!!
