Great experience at Vision Care Associates. Thank you for giving great patient care and customer service. I was informed and had a great understanding of my eye care and next steps. Dr. Anna Gunn was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very warm and you can tell she cares about her patients. I highly recommend this location in University Place, WA.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at the optometrist. The staff were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The building was very comfortable and very clean. They had a great selection of frames for those looking for glasses. I was particularly grateful for how transparent everyone was about cost, options, insurance etc. (I've encountered problems with this in the past with other optometrists) The gentleman at the front desk explained my insurance benefits to me as I was he check me in- something I've never experienced before at other offices, but was very impressed with and grateful for. And they provided another breakdown at the end of appointment right before I paid. It was a very fast process, I only had to wait a few minutes before being taken in for my eye exam. The doctor was very kind, thorough, and made the entire process very educational. If you are looking for eye care in the UP area or anywhere close to this office, I highly recommend, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

My three children and I have all received eye exams and care at Vision Care Associates over the past year, and every visit has been excellent. The office staff is friendly, professional, and makes navigating insurance incredibly easy. Our eye doctor is fantastic--knowledgeable, personable, and great with kids. The office is clean, quiet, and welcoming, and my kids have been very happy with their glasses. This clinic is highly recommended!

I've been served at Vision Care Associates for several years. At each visit, I am met with friendly, smiling service. The doctors and assistants explain everything so clearly and answer my questions completely without rushing. When I first started going to this office, I lived just a few blocks away. I have since moved much farther away but wouldn't transfer to a closer office for anything. I trust their expertise and enjoy the atmosphere of this practice. It's easy for me to heartily recommend Vision Care Associates.

Dr. Gunn is an amazIng eye doctor! She listens to your concerns, does a very thorough eye exam, amd answers any and all questions you may have! I highly recommend Vision Care Associates to anyone needing to have their eyes looked at and cared for!!! Pricing is perfect with plenty of options for lenses and frames at a very reasInable price!

I've been using Vision Care Associates for a couple of years now. Scheduling can be different depending on who is answering the phone. Dr. Gunn is very thorough and to the point. I really like going here for my eye exams.

I made my first visit today as a new patient and I am thrilled with VCA. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Gunn is simply outstanding and I trusted her implicitly right off the bat!!! I highly recommend VCA at University Place, WA... whatever it takes, this needs to be your vision provider!

Dr. Gunn is wonderful. Our whole family are switching to her now. She listens and cares about the patients and best of all, she is wonderful with big kids and small kids. We feel very lucky to have her as our vision care provider.
