Writing this on behalf of Jeff Hackney who I was with for his appt with Dr. Fu. We had read her CV, understood she was supposed to be a brilliant doctor and surgeon. While this may be true, given her arrogance, unwillingness to discuss even a single question related to care, her dismissive attitude (did not even introduce herself), her brief (under 5 minutes) and impersonal time with Jeff, her referral for procedures never explained, and her repetition of eye scans taken within the Cascade system two days prior, the entire visit was nothing short of insulting and unproductive.
