Huge selection of glasses and sunglasses, and the two pair with free eye exam is a great deal, HOWEVER it is solely because of how kind and helpful Candy is that I'm going to keep coming back and tell everyone I know about this place. She was funny, friendly, and helped me pick out the cutest pair of sunglasses. She's the epitome of first class customer service without making it feel fake at all.

I had an amazinzing experience here at Americas best. It was a great experience with all the employees here bust most of all I wanted to thank Candy for going above and beyond. She was very accommodating. She helped me for at-least an hour or two just deciding which pair of glasses I wanted and didn't rush me, she also cleaned and fixed my old pair that were super out out of shape. Thank you Candy! You are very welcoming and more than helpful.

Received a quick app. Got there day of, we were seen right away. Pick out the glasses, and Candy helped us place order for glasses. Explained the warranty and everything else we needed for the lens. And she also let us barrow a looner frame, that they have. My son's frame was broken and tape was holding the lens in frame. Candy gave us excellent customer service.

Candy was amazing to work with!! Highly recommend her!!! She was so sweet and helpful with insurance, pricing, etc. Definitely recommend Americas best to everyone! Easy process and not pushy at all.

Alani was amazing and provided detailed and hassle free customer service and assistance, amazing experience overall. And Dr Nguyen was super polite and professional with the eye exam, made it easy as well and was helpful with my basic questions.

I was put on the "no-show" list despite getting there 10 minutes early. They canceled my appt despite me being in the waiting area. I alerted them of this error and I was seen, an hour after my appt time. 3 days later, I was called to reschedule my "no-show' appt. The general manager of this location didn't care about any of this mismanagement.

They were very quick and nice and easy to work with. Candy was AMAZING! She not only gave me her honest opinion on how my glasses looked, she did everything she could to help me with a discount AND SHE FIXED MY OLD GLASSES when they said they couldn't fix them! She took on the challenge and literally fixed them fore while I was in store! She as gray and tbh, they're all really nice there. I've been going there for a few years and keep coming back so that tells you something!

I have been back and fourth to the specific location at least 15 times in the last 6 months weather for appointments or to pick up glasses/contacts which seem to always be incorrect no matter what. It would be easier to be understanding of their incompetence if they were friendly or had any customer service skills but they are always rude. On 2 occasions the techs have complained to me about their boss Juliana, super unprofessional. Another occasion the young girl smelled strongly like cigarettes while I was in the small room with her before my exam. I thought I was finally picking up the correct prescription today so I could stop coming in every other week, and turns out Candy ordered the wrong contacts, AGAIN! Sadly I am not surprised. This wouldn't be so frustrating but she was incredibly rude when I called back to figure out how to move forward. This location is an absolute mess. I've been coming here for 10 years but unfortunately due to my experience in the last 6 months I will not ever be back and will never recommend Americas best.
