Today I had my first appointment with the Vancouver Vision Clinic. The facility was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. Got an eye exam with state of the art equipment and left with placing an order for a new pair of glasses. Thank you VVC! Keep up the good work!

I've gone her a few times for eye exams, and this last one was very subpar. The receptionist was very nice and quick. Dr. Adam's was kind and efficient. Their intern was very sweet and did a good job. The girl who was working in the glasses try on area was really not great. She ignored me while I tried on a few frames, and when I sat down to say I'd come back when my eyes were not dilated she seemed very annoyed she wouldn't be making a sale. I asked her if she would be able to adjust my glasses that kept slipping from my face (Dr told me to ask and they would fix it for me) and she seemed annoyed at that. When she came back with my frames she had bent them to a crazy extreme. I tried them on and they felt weird and like they were going to be bothersome, but when I mentioned it she told me if she changes them at all they would just slip off my face again. So I won't be going back for frames. I had to ask for a print out of my prescription, and I was not given a receipt. Picture attached of the extreme bend on the center pair of glasses.

I absolutely love this clinic. The service is always above and beyond. Dr. Patel is absolutely on point and so very nice. I've never had to even look at frames. They know me and pick things out for me. And, they offer honest opinions on my choices. I just picked red frame glasses. I NEVER thought of it before but they're fabulous. Thank you guys all so much for the best experiences ever.

I had a good visit at Vancouver Vision Clinic today. The staff are friendly and give explanations regarding the tests and results, as well as the costs and what is covered by insurance. Dr. Patel is always easy to talk to and very informative. I understood the recommendations he made and the reasons behind them. I've been coming to this clinic for over 30 years and they have always taken good care of me and my vision. I'm confident they provide the best care available.

I am writing my review in praise of Dr Sandals. I had a surprise diagnosis at a routine visit and asked her for a second option. She was wonderful, spent plenty of time with me and walked me through what I should expect in the coming years. She also was careful to code the diagnosis so that my medical insurance would bear the costs. No one likes getting bad news at the doctor, but in those moments of vulnerability, it's something special when you feel like your doctor actually gives you warm care. She did so, and I'm very thankful for her time.
