Just don't hesitate--this place is the best. I called several eye clinics, and this was the only one that went out of their way to get me scheduled as quickly as possible. I have only lived in Vancouver a couple of years but I've been to plenty of eye care places in my life and this is easily the best one I've ever been to. The technician Kat is pleasant, funny, and a great conversationalist. Dr. Nick is equally pleasant and extremely thorough with his exams. All of the administrative people at the front desk are great as well. Highly recommended.

Everyone, from the receptionists, techs, to the doctors are just great. They really take the time to listen and understand what is happening with not only your vision but the health of your eyes as well. They take detailed notes and keep track of any changes happening, so if anything does look different, they're on top of it immediately. I'm grateful to have them as part of my care team.

I would give Mtn. View Eyecare ten stars if I could. The sight in my left eye was affected by a case of Shingles nearly 20 years ago. Dr. Nick and his staff worked diligently to create a contact lens that restored my vision. Everyone there is kind, helpful and a true professional. Thank you, Dr. Nick!

Called the office to see if they take any new patients and whomever answered had thee worse customer service. No questions of member number to help with checking if they took insurance. Wanted me to call the insurance and check if we have eye coverage... then Called another office and they were 100 percent better customer service asked for insurance number.... phew thank goodness our family of 5 doesn't have to go there. I can't imagine checking into an office and dealing with that.

About Mountain View EyeCare Center
Mt. View EyeCare is a family owned, locally operated eye practice that provides comprehensive eye care from patients 6 months old to 99+ years old! We work with patients with healthy eyes, difficult to fit contact lenses, emergency eye care, and even low vision eye care. We've been serving Vancouver since 1989 when Dr. J started the small, one exam room practice. In 2016, Dr. Nick (Dr. J's son) finished his doctorate and took over the practice with his wonderful wife (Dr. Soper) who joined the practice in 2017. Dr. Jill Fajardo joined in late 2025 to expand our pediatric care, low vision, and comprehensive eye care.
