They were too lazy to submit a prior authorization and tried to pressure me into accepting that my prescribed medication "wouldn't be covered." Once the PA was finally submitted, it was approved in under two days.
The bigger issue: they lied. The doctor gave me clear dosing instructions, then staff told me I was "remembering wrong," and the doctor backed them up instead of owning the mistake. That is not a misunderstanding -- it's lying and gaslighting a patient to cover their own errors.
This clinic is unprofessional, evasive, and not trustworthy. Avoid.
