Dr. Derry was very patient and persistent in helping me understand all of the options for different glasses and the various features. She was also helpful in navigating and explaining my own insurance coverage. They have a very good selection of both traditional and more modern frame designs. And I really appreciated the calm, clean waiting area.

Such friendly and caring people! Dr. Derry went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were heard regarding how my vision has changed over the last year. She had great options for wider frames that I felt fit my face well, and when I came in to pick up my glasses stayed a little late to ensure my frames were adjusted to fit perfectly.

My visits have been good since I was a teenager, now 55. The last year hasn't been as good. Staff doesn't seem as friendly and at this point I will be choosing another provider. I have been calling, leaving vm's now I'm going to email them because sometimes you don't get any vm and it just hangs up. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get my glasses. I really need them. The hours they are open as well as the days have kept me from doing a drop in. Extremely frustrated! At this point I need to start all over to get my glasses if they don't get it together in the next couple of days. I was really looking forward to being able to see and drive at night.

My appointment was at 3 pm on a Friday. The staff was very unfriendly. The conversation was zilch and a male took me to a room and did tests and got me ready to see the Optometrist. I was taken to another room and waited. When she came in she introduced herself with the last name Derry and again absolutely no conversation and I was rushed through the tests. She then took me to pick out glasses. She did not go through what glasses my insurance would pay for. I just sat there and she grabbed a pair of frames said here you go, and by that time I was ready to leave the negativity. So I'm sitting there on my walker she goes to the door and says you don't want and named off all the glasses protections as a statement rather than a question. When I came out of the room she said well it's getting to be 4:00 so we're going to lock up so you need to go. I left in disbelief and waiting for my Taxi on the side walk. It was one of the hottest days and I'm sitting outside on my walker for 15 minutes. I knew I had to do something about this horrible experience as yes I would have liked to have the opportunity to go over what my insurance would cover. Instead of being glad I took care of that task off my list I felt horrible and humiliated sitting on the side walk.

The staff was very friendly, my two daughters had their vision tested, and turns out both of them, need glasses. And Dr, Derry is a very friendly and wholesome lady.

I don't know what my Son or I did, but the staff treated us very coldly and was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. The Doctor wouldn't even address my son who was the patient and outside of asking him which option looked clearer refused to even speak to him. When we returned for the glasses fitting it was more of the same, we absolutely felt unwelcome and like our presence was offending them. Add that on top of an 8 week wait to get the actual glasses, makes me feel like 2 stars was a generous rating.

The Doctor is so amazing. I brought both my kids age 4 and 8 at the time she was so patient and kind. She was very creative with my 4 year old. They didnt quite get my prescription right but I can see good enough. But high light she is fantastic with kids 12/10

Dr. Derry was very helpful and accommodating. She tripled up exams with my family. I was able to find a pair of wooden frames that were light weight and within my budget.
