EyeHealth Northwest - Salmon Creek

Doctors are exceptional. Medical staff is terrific. The phone tree is ridiculous - you WILL wait on hold for lengthy times before getting a live person. The phone tree has stated that they are having larger than usual volume of calls for the last 5 months - time to hire more help? The phone staff is rude, will talk over you and guilt you into making an appointment that is entirely unaccomodating to your location or your schedule. Multiple mistakes have been made by this staff scheduling (or FORGETTING) to schedule post op follow ups, and then they make their mistakes your problem. A horrible ongoing months long experience with this staff. Again - doctors are great - these clinics are understaffed and over booked. You will wait to be heard, wait to be seen and then you will be forgotton until they remember they were supposed to get you rescheduled. I hope these good doctors can get out of this administrative trap, to work for another entity that has thier act together. Total incompetance. Oh - and you can't call a specific location - all the numbers fall into the phone tree. Prepare to be on hold, prepare to be on hold for quite a while.

Wonderful experience, Dr. Shalini Chedi was so kind and answered all my questions during my exam. Front desk was very nice checking me in and Karen who helped me pick out my frames and end my visit was so amazing! Recommend this office!

Unprofessional front office staff and online booking system. I received no confirmation details after booking my appointment, aside from a text with no relevant information or pre-appointment instructions. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was a week from the day that I scheduled, after I specifically filtered for today's availability when booking the appointment. Additionally, I practically had to yell over the other woman who was yelling on the phone behind the counter. Incredibly unprofessional establishment and administrative staff; save yourself the hassle and book an appointment elsewhere.

I give Dr. Lee five stars - he's a very thorough and patient ophthalmologist and I feel like I'm in good hands. However, the visit with Dr. Lee was a culmination of eight months of receiving less than adequate care from EyeHealth Northwest. In April 2025, I had an eye exam and got a new pair of glasses made. The prescription didn't seem correct because I could not see, so I went back to EyeHealth NW to the same optometrist and said I can't see. They did a re-exam and I got the glasses remade. This happened three more times. From April to October I had five eye exams (with two different optometrists) at EyeHealth Northwest, in which I stated that I was having issues seeing. Both very nice but neither thought to check my eyes other than to redo the prescription. Finally, after being so frustrated with this experience and having difficulty seeing at work and driving at night, I paid $115 out of pocket for an eye exam at a different place for a second opinion. The optometrist looked in my eyes and within five seconds he said it looks like you can't see because you may have cataracts. He referred me back to EyeHealth Northwest to see Dr. Lee. I had my exam with Dr. Lee last week and he confirmed that I do have cataracts and depending on what the follow up imaging shows, recommends surgery. You can imagine the amount of time, energy, and money spent taking time off of work to go to four follow up eye exams and get glasses remade four separate times. It was extremely burdensome. All this to say that I like EyeHealth Northwest but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth overall. Please remember you always to always be your own advocate when it comes to your health.

Dr Yonge was kind and very thorough. She answered questions clearly, ensuring in had complete understanding of her responses. I find this lacking in many medical professionals so it was refreshing.

She was very nice. So polite and patient. Very happy with her.

Detailed and an excellent comunicator. I've an unusual condition. She did her homework. A rare doctor - I am Very thankful.
