Insight Eye Clinic

Highly recommend! I've been going to Insight Eye Clinic for the past two years and they've been consistently great. Their technology is modern, pricing is affordable, and they've accepted different insurance plans I've had, which makes the whole experience easy. Everyone there is fantastic, but special shout out to Michael! He has an incredible ability to quickly pick up on your vibe and help you select the perfect frames that suit your personality. His customer service is truly A+. Thanks, Insight Eye Clinic! I'll keep coming back.

The clinic is definitely improved from when they had one person there running the show that I heard share sensitive medical information. I almost didn't return but liked Dr Kim The people there now seem professional, responsive and helped me find good glasses. It's much more of a team approach instead of just relying on one person.

My original frame were no longer available at the clinic. I was informed that they no longer had a contract with the company. The assistant informed me that if I find the frame, they will help swap the lenses into the new frame. Today, Tuesday Jan 27th 2026 before 12 noon, I went to the clinic. The assistant was able to swap the original lenses to my new frame. At around 7pm, as I was cleaning the lenses, I noticed very visible scratches on both lenses that were not there before. The assistant was kind to help and I am thankful that there wasn't a charge but please be careful when placing lenses into frames. We do not have vision insurance and the lenses are not cheap. This is very upsetting.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here at all. My son's glasses broke and we went here to get a replacement pair. We had already used our benefits for the year so this pair of as not going to be covered by insurance. It was October and we debated waiting until January when insurance would cover it but with 3 months left we decided to just pay pocket. We waited the two weeks or so for the call to come pick them up when they were ready to that didn't come. I called and was told they should be there any day. (Clearly they didn't actually check since they were not on the way). Waited another 2 weeks. Called and they were like, "oh yes those should be here by now let me look into it and call you back". Didn't hear back. Called again. I was told it looked like the frames were out of stock and it would be a couple more weeks. They said the they didn't receive a notification about the frames being out of stock. At this point I had been waiting over a month. At no point did they check why the frames weren't arriving until I called multiple times. I doubt they would have checked at all if I hadn't called. So apparently when glasses don't show up they don't show even notice or check on them. By the time we actually got the glasses it was almost December and paid for them when insurance would have covered them in one month. No discount for the inconvenience or that my son had to wear broken glasses for months. I would not go here ever again. While I understand the frames being out of stock was not their fault, the whole thing was handled very poorly and the communication was terrible.

Dr. Kim was impressively thorough--she asked a ton of questions (don't worry, no pop quiz at the end) and really took the time to go over her findings after my exam. Michael, the office's optician, deserves his own round of applause. He walked me through my glasses choices like a personal frame concierge, Although if did not order glasses and lenses this stop, you can rest assured that the Insight technicians are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. All in all, a top-notch first experience with Dr. Kim and her crew. Highly recommended if you enjoy great care, clear explanations, and leaving with your eyes (and your glasses game) in better shape than when you came in.

As always, a pleasant and helpful experience. My husband switched from his eye doctor of 20 years to this practice and felt very comfortable with the practice.

I had a wonderful experience with this eye clinic! I got two pairs of glasses from them last Christmas, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The staff were super nice, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. Both pairs turned out perfect and I've been loving them since day one. Today, I accidentally dropped and broke an old pair of prescription sunglasses I had originally gotten from Walmart. I stopped by the clinic just to see if they could help, and to my surprise, they fixed them for me--for free! I was so touched by their kindness and generosity. It's rare to find a place that combines great service with genuine care for their customers. I'm more than grateful and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at the eye clinic today! I had a very thorough exam, and my results were explained so well to me. I really appreciated Jacob as well for explaining all the different aspects of my glasses that could be tweaked to improve my vision, and although I have been wearing glasses for my entire life no one had ever explained that to me before. I am happy I found this clinic so I can maintain my vision for years to come. Highly recommend!
