I'm leaving a one-star review solely because of the technician's extremely unprofessional behavior. During my visit, she repeatedly yelled at patients who were struggling to keep their eyes open for the air pressure test. Her attitude was rude, impatient, and completely inappropriate--especially considering many people are understandably nervous about eye exams. Everyone comes in wanting to understand their eye health; fear or discomfort shouldn't be met with hostility. Yelling at patients only increases anxiety and reflects poorly on the office as a whole. To be clear, the doctor was absolutely fantastic--kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. It's a shame that such a great provider is being overshadowed by a technician whose demeanor drives people away. Unless there are changes in staff behavior, I won't be returning, and I imagine I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I've been seeing Dr. Lentz for eye appointments for over 10 years now. He's always incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It's also convenient that he's located inside Costco. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, I'd highly recommend him and his team.

I Had to have prescription redone after months of struggling with prescription. New doctor wrote me a completely new prescription from John Thompson O.D. And my prescription was entirely too strong. When I tried to explain my prescription didn't seem right Dr. Thompson told me "you don't have to wear them." Then rushed me out of his office. Not very appreciative of this service because a year supply of contacts and glasses are expensive and my insurance only covers it once a year. It is May and I am redoing my prescription.

Dr. Lentz is a truly exceptional professional--straightforward, honest, and wonderful. My eye exam experience with him was outstanding. However, this review is specifically for Katelyn (apologies if I misspell your name). Yesterday, I lost my glasses and urgently needed a copy of my prescription. Katelyn was incredibly helpful, kind, and prompt. Within a minute of our phone call, I had my prescription in hand. In an era where good customer service is becoming rare, Katelyn stands out for her exceptional service. I am immensely grateful for her assistance. Thank you, Katelyn! Warm regards, Maria

I feel like Dr. Lentz was really friendly, helpful and down to business. He took the time to explain everything to me and listened to my concerns and what I was really wanting in my next set of contacts. Best of all they take UHC insurance - covering BOTH the exam and the contacts (at least on my plan) which was really nice. The last two years I've gone to two separate providers who both "took" my insurance but we're not contracted through UHC or the hardware was not covered but the exam was etc. The lack of communication early on resulted in me paying way more than I expected. When I left Dr. Lentz office today I wasn't hit with a bunch of unexpected charges which was quite refreshing.

Had my scheduled vision examination today at Costco with Dr. Sara Sheets. She was very thoughtful and well-informed in answering all my questions. Dr. Sheets took extra time with me to make certain I clearly understand how the health of my eyes will change over the coming years, even drawing a picture to illustrate her message. She was very professional and left me feeling confident and at peace about what lies ahead regarding my eyesight.

Dr. Sara Sheets is fantastic! Friendly and personable, I felt very comfortable with her and confident in her recommendations. Love my new reading glasses and love feeling like my eye health is safe in her hands! Couldn't more highly recommend!

Great experience! The staff was friendly, the exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I felt well taken care of and never rushed. Highly recommend!
