Alexander is a pleasure to work with. He spent time with me to ensure that I chose the proper glasses and the best color and fashion option. I picked up my glasses today and am so very happy with the quality and service that Alexander provides! I highly recommend choosing him to help you find your favorite glasses!!!

I love Judy Chan as a Doctor. She is the BEST. Opticians are also WONDERFUL. I really appreciate them. Have been a patient since they were located in the mall and Judy took over the practice. Often refer others to them. I don't want to leave them but have considered doing so because of how I have been treated when I call. I do not like calling anymore. I hoped to have hit a bad day but more often than not I am spoken to as a recalcitrant child needing to be corrected. Accusing me of knowing the rules and choosing not to follow them. I feel like I am no longer wanted as a patient. Not sure what I am going to do now. I prefer to stay but don't like the feeling I get.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chan and her team! After years of being put through the wringer with bandaid solutions from other eye care providers, finding this office has been an absolute godsend. Dr. Chan truly takes the time to listen, explain, and find real solutions instead of quick fixes. The staff is kind, professional, and makes every visit easy and comfortable. For the first time in a long time, I feel like my eye health is in the best hands possible. I'm so grateful I found them!

Wow who would have known this amazing hidden gem was so conveniently located! From the moment I walked in to the minute I left I felt so welcomed and very well taken care of. Lisa was such a pleasure and accommodating with my scheduling needs and providing the extra TLC I needed. The massage chair and state of the art equipment impressed me along with the knowledgeable staff and experienced doctor. I would highly recommend Precision to everyone desiring a superior ophthalmology experience!

Dr.Chan is excellent at her job and is so very friendly and kind. The staff is so friendly and informative. They provide up to date care and truly care. My family doesn't go anywhere else. And it's always so nice when I go in and everyone knows my name my husband it feels like we aren't just clients we are friends

My glasses did not work for me, they keep say give them some time. A month later I still couldn't see out clearly with my new glasses. I went to a new doctor, the glasses they gave me worked.

** edited 9/12/2025: I have tried to get established elsewhere but the new clinic told me Precision Eye Care got an authorization already on my insurance so I have to call and talk to Lisa again. Lisa told me:"YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL VSP YOURSELF". Both VSP insurance agent and my new clinic confirmed it's not professional to place a hold on someone's insurance when you canceled their appointment amd make them call around to fix it themselves. People please beware of their lack of courtesy here! No one reached out to apologize directly to me either. Original review: I am an established patient here. My regular exam went well so when I have a medical eye issue I reached out to them to get an appointment. Lisa the receptionist told me she had 3:30 PM or 4:00 PM openings so I asked her to make sure my new insurance would be accepted before I made the appointment. The first message she said all benefits were available to me. Then Alex sent another message correcting that they were looking at the wrong insurance (vision instead of medical) and the visit would run up to $180. I called to make sure that it won't go over that amount and Lisa talked all over me for that whole conversation, about how I had to call my insurance about my benefits, how I would have to either cancel my appointment today and find another clinic because Dr Chan would be out of the clinic until October. She said if she called my insurance for me to confirm cost estimate it could take up to one day to get their response, which I later found out this process took less than 1 hour from 3 other eye clinics in town to do (?!).... anyhow, I was pressed for time so I decided to go through with the appointment at 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, things happened at work and I called again to inform Lisa that I won't get off until 3:30 PM and she impatiently talked over me (again):"It's either 3:30 PM or 4 PM today, I will cancel your appoinment" and hung up without letting me reschedule to 4 PM. I work in health care so I understand customers can be a lot, but we don't talk over them and cut them off midway. I was polite and calm the whole time on the phone with her but apparently it wasn't the case for her. Not to my surprise, I found out that I was not the only customer with bad front desk experience so I think the managers should listen to the recorded calls on 9/10/2025 for training opportunities. I hope other customers don't get the same treatment and I will not return here.

I picked precision eye care simply because my insurance said I would get better option and benefits at this location. But I will always be returning to precision eye care for the foreseeable future for many more reasons than that. The staff at this location are all incredibly friendly but also efficient. They don't make you waiting in a waiting room for 30 minutes just for the doctor to come in and only spend 5 minutes with you. They were thorough with asking questions and telling me my care options without being pushy. All around amazing experience and I will be back!
