I cannot say enough good things about this eyeglass store and their incredible customer service. I accidentally dropped my glasses and broke them while I was in Vancouver, Washington for work. I live in Alaska, so being without my glasses was not a small problem.
Even as a walk-in customer, they were kind, welcoming, and immediately willing to help. They fixed my glasses quickly and sent me on my way, saving me from what could have been a very stressful situation.
Their professionalism, skill, and genuine willingness to help went far above and beyond what I expected.

I've used other Stanton's before but this was my first time coming to this one. Both times (order and pick-up) I was helped by Terra. She was wonderful and very helpful. She helped me get the glasses I wanted even when the computer had other ideas. On pick-up, she cleaned and repaired my husband's glasses free of charge.
