After repeatedly being summoned on-site under the false pretense that my order was ready, I was met with a series of contradictory excuses regarding backordered or discontinued frames, compounded by the clinical incompetence of attempting to fulfill an order using an expired prescription. This is not merely a series of clerical errors; it is a systemic disregard for professional standards and a blatant waste of consumer resources, where the staff prioritizes luring patients into the office over providing transparent, accurate updates on the status of their medical equipment. Prospective customers should be aware that these practices likely constitute "unfair or deceptive acts" under the Washington State Consumer Protection Act (CPA), specifically regarding the misrepresentation of the availability of goods. By forcing multiple in-person visits under misleading claims, this center has caused documented detrimental reliance at my personal and financial expense. I am formally escalating this matter to the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the Department of Health to ensure this pattern of unprofessionalism is scrutinized, as no patient should be subjected to such a transparently manipulative and incompetent service model.

Hands down, Dr Patel is the best eye doctor I have ever seen in my life & I have worn contacts for 40 years. I have been his patient for about 25 years. He is very caring and listens to your concerns. I have recommended several people to go to him.

Assuming they don't actually want patients since they will not allow you to make an appointment or even speak to them. I basically was just told to call someone else and hung up on absolutely insane what is the point of even being open.
