Vancouver Vision Clinic: Payne Richard OD

I have been getting my glasses from Vancouver Vision for about the last 19 years. I have never been anywhere where the staff, each and every time, goes above and beyond to make you comfortable, feel cared for, and give you the right information up front. I recommend every one of my friends have their vision needs taken care of here and they have all reported back to me with overwhelmingly positive comments. Whenever I have needed new glasses they fit them to you and how you wear them which I was told (by people who went elsewhere) is unusual and awesome. Once I chose the glasses I wanted they had me try them on and made sure I was wearing them the way that is comfortable. I always wear my glasses lower on my nose. So rather than setting it up so the optimal point to view from is the center of your lenses and making you deal with an uncomfortable fit they tailor fit them to you and how you are going to live with them. As a result I have never had a bad experience with wearing glasses thanks to the people at Vancouver Vision. I will always go here. Thanks!
