Today, Mel helped me look for a lost pair of sunglasses. She took the time to look in the lost and found then sort through a very full donation box of glasses (probably a hundred pair or more) to see if mine had found its way in with the others. Since she didn't find it in her search, she graciously looked up my lost pair in Kaiser records so I could describe it when I called the other facilities I'd visited. She went out of her way to make sure I could try to track down an expensive necessity that had been lost. We also made alternate plans in case the glasses stay lost and I have to order a new pair. Mel exemplified the best of Kaiser's philosophy of patient-centered kindness and goodwill and made me feel like I was a valued member of the Kaiser family. I look forward to coming back to her when I need eye care services in the future.

I saw Diana Hammond in an attempt to get my progressive lenses dialed-in a bit better to my field of vision.
She took time to gather information, troubleshoot, reach a conclusion of what was the likely error, then take the necessary steps toward a path for its correction.
Each segment of interaction was patiently and kindly carried out. She made efforts to help make the entire experience comfortable for me. She seemed capable and confident of her ability to help me.

We saw a Diana Hammond LDO for replacement lenses for my mother's glasses. We were helped quickly and efficiently. All questions were answered clearly. After ordering the new lenses Diana then adjusted my mother's existing glasses so that she would have a good pair of glasses until her new replacement lenses arrived.

Aarti Mahadeva is so wonderful! I've been her patient for over a decade, and while my verbal English isn't the best she's always so patient and understanding when discussing things with me. She's so smart and always seems to know what she's doing - it's very reassuring. I feel so blessed she's my eye doctor.
The whole office staff were very friendly and inviting, which helps with my nerves a lot. I go to buy glasses each year and the department always take care of me. I know I ask a lot of questions and am probably a bit of a nuisance to serve, and so I appreciate their patience with me. Wonderful customer service.
I always have a great experience with Dr. Mahadeva, and I highly her to anyone who wants an eye doctor who knows what they're doing.

The staff there were not welcoming at all, not greeted when we came in nor helped while we were looking for eye glasses. When I asked a staff (Chelsie) at the Orchard vision center. She stated in a minute, even though there was no other customers in the center. Customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The staff here need to really work on their customer service.

I was told my glasses would be sent in 3 weeks. I started calling at week four and five. I was told each time the glasses would be sent tomorrow. They will be there by the end of the week. They never came. At week 6 I cancelled the lenses and asked to have my money refunded and just send the frames. I got the frames today? Guess what. These aren't what I ordered. Now I have to take them back. I had no contact from Kaiser about the glasses, I had to call them. I ordered frames from China and got them before I got the Kaiser frames. I found a place to do the lenses for half the price of Kaiser. I will never do business for glasses with kaiser again. I is a collosal waste of time.
