Dr. Mctyier was amazing. Also Cira. Also the 1st lady that helped ne was super sweet. Everyone was so nice.

From Check In to the finish of the appointment, all the folks were pleasant, clear with explanations, and really seemed to care about me. Dr. Tina Zhu was fabulous. Tina explained everything in detail, made sure I have the best lens material, size, and power available. She did an outstanding job!!

Dr. Zhu is amazing! She was my assigned optometrist coming into Kaiser and I can't thank the person who scheduled me with her enough! It's been 2 years with her and she's just been the most patient and kind at every visit. She explains everything so well and answers all questions thoroughly. My eye health is in such good hands with her. Can't recommend her enough. :)

The associate that helped me was friendly and patient. He helped me get my prescriptions filled for the best price possible, taking time to compare purchase options. A great experience!

I came to the Salmon Creek location specifically for the eyewear show. Eagerly hoping to ditch my current frames and find the perfect fit. Everyone was super helpful and honest with their opinions on different styles I tried on. I'm happy to say I found the perfect frames! Katie took me to a desk and was wonderful with me and getting measurements and all the paperwork done. I'm watching my mailbox and can't wait for my new glasses to arrive. Thank you for a great experience!

I had the misfortune of having Shelley Brittner as the eye doctor's assistant. She started the visit but letting me know she would be right back because she left my file open in an unsecured area and needed to leave to close it. Really bad patient privacy since it should always be closed when leaving your desk. She then spent the rest of the visit talking to me in a mocking manner. I had never had my eyes dilated for an eye visit because and said I was very uncomfortable having it done and wanted to do an alternative even if I had to pay for it. She said that I had to have it done or else I could leave and come back a different time to see another doctor. I had driven 30 minutes to come to the appointment so I reluctantly agreed to have it done. She just kept repeating everything I said in a mocking manner. When she asked if I was going to get it done, I said I guess if that's my only choice, and she'd respond with, "I guess". She did this over and over for all my responses. She just kept repeating all my responses making me feel like she was mocking me. It was obvious that I was very uncomfortable and didn't want to have my eyes dilated and she wouldn't let me talk to the doctor about other options unless I got my eyes dilated. She didn't explain that to have your eyes dilated would feel like having lemon juice in your eyes and not until I was wincing did she tell me that. My whole experience left me feeling like my concerns and preferences were not respected, my privacy was not protected and I was offended by her mannerisms and rudeness.

I do not recommend buying eyeglasses here. My experience with Chau was very disappointing -- she was unfriendly and came across as quite rude. Unfortunately, it was the worst customer service I've encountered at an optical center.
