Hardly ever write reviews but as a birthday gift for my wife, I purchased a pair of expensive Ray-Ban glasses, (expensive for me) on a Friday. We went out of state for the holidays on a Saturday and our dog broke her glasses today on a Monday.
I called to check if we would be able to get the glasses repaired out of state at a different Walmart and Jennifer was so incredibly helpful, pulling up our order number, checking the warranty, telling us what the next steps were and proactively offering to fax the receipt to the store if they needed it (they didn't).
Just the most incredible customer service, patient, generous informative. Thank you Jennifer. Simply. Truly. In my wife's words, "You saved Christmas."

Being completely honest, the best experience I've had with a vision center. The staff here were knowledgeable, understood my concerns, gave me reliable information, and were very eager to work with me to find glasses I wanted on my budget.

Stopped by to have a screw in my wife's aunt's glasses tightened. Jennifer found that both screws were the wrong size and the size wasn't standard, so she replaced both with smaller screws and nuts - no charge! Very helpful and courteous! Thanks!
