What a wonderful person she is and is a woman who cares deeply for her customers. Every time I go to the 192nd Vision Center at Walmart, I look for Kelley because I know that her customer service is going to be a wonderful experience! Thank you dear Kelley for always being helpful, for answering my questions well and for even washing my glasses when I could hardly see through them!

Kimberly goolsby was very professional and so kind.She assisted me when I needed a pair of glasses when I came on Saturday. The team was understaffed, and she communicated she'll be with me shortly, when I met with her she was the consummate professional and she is very knowledgeable and made the stressful process of purchasing glasses very seamlesss and simple.

The optometrist gave real thorough eye exam. She was very professional, very pleasant.
The staff who helped me with selection and choice of eye lenses were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. To top that, the staff told me the estimated time of arrival of my glasses were seven days but came in five days! I really needed my glasses ASAP. I have been going to America's best for eye exam and glasses for their free exam and as low as $59.99 for two pairs of glasses and the exam. I wear trifocals and the price was always over $500 and it always took more than two weeks to get my eye glasses. At Walmart Vision Center, with an eye exam and two sets of lenses cost me less than $300-took my own frames that I had.
I am satisfied with their overall service, helpful and professional attitude and the price. Good Job Walmart Vision Center!
