My husband broke his frame trying to adjust it, took it back to the Hazel dell location, and told the manager there that he (My husband) broke it. He was given a new frame, nicely adjusted, and for free. Seems too good to be true, but it is.

I appreciate the Walmart Vision Center at 9000 NE Hwy 99 in Vancouver, WA. They have treated myself and my family members well over the course of many years. Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. Visits to the vision center are always pleasant.
My recent eye exam went very well. The optometrist, Vally Moua, is knowledgeable, proficient and personable. I appreciate the explanation of each step throughout the exam. The exam was quick and the conversation was enjoyable!
Melissa works hard to be sure we are happy with our purchases! I appreciate that she truly cares about her customers. She has a gift for adjusting glasses so they are comfortable and fit well!

Love this place! The optometrist and staff are SO kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great glasses repair/replacement policy that we use all the time for my 4 kids in glasses.

The employers were nice but did not do their job correctly and the doctor was just straight up rude. After I got my eyes examined, i was told to sit and wait for paper work and almost an hour went by until I decided to go to the doctors office to ask him a question and he was just sitting there watching YouTube videos the entire time. It was very annoying. As for the employers, they spoke to me kindly. Although, they were wandering around doing nothing and one of them didn't care to help another costumer when they needed to find a frame for glasses and when they asked the employee for help, she said "I don't know it doesn't matter"

I needed to have an eye exam to determine my needed prescription for eyeglases after I failed the vision test at the DMV. The staff was helpful and nice and the optician was a really good guy. I had no problems at all and got my needed prescription. They even checked some retina damage I had from several years back just to let me know what his advice was for me to follow in regards to that. I made an appointment a couple of days prior to going in and I was on time so that probably helped with how smooth everything went. I'll go there again for sure.
