Highly recommend Westside Eye Center!!!! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell Dr. Brittain loves what he does and answered any questions I had. I felt very appreciated and valued with my eye concerns. Especially since I haven't had my eyes checked in many years, he did a thorough and informative eye exam. Very impressed and highly recommend this office!

I absolutely LOVED this office! Dr. Britain is the best optometrist I have ever been to. He was thorough in his examination and took the time to explain everything clearly. He is very knowledgeable and he really cares about his patients. The office is very clean and the people working there are super sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend his office!

Found this place through insurance - they were able to get me in pretty quick, even a morning appointment before work. Dr. Brittain was very nice, as was his staff. I was able to purchase my glasses through them, received a text they were ready - now I have a crystal clear prescription. I am very impressed with the staff, office itself and how easy the entire process was. I recommend !

Dr. Brittain is so fantastic. Educational, thorough, and invested. Great sense of humor too! The staff handling the reception area as well as the glasses center were also great. I had an amazing time experience.

As a new patient of Dr. Brittain's, I could not be happier with the care I've received from him and his staff. I've been struggling with my eyesight for two years and visited several clinics to find a better prescription, but Dr. Brittain was the first doctor to really listen and find a new prescription that actually works for me. I was thrilled and ready to order contacts right then, but he suggested I take samples home and make sure they really work before ordering, which I appreciated. His staff is courteous and quick to reply to calls or texts for even the smallest issues. Dr. Brittain is friendly, professional and efficient; he does not keep his clients waiting out front or in the exam room, which is so nice! I enjoyed my visit and am excited to finally have contacts that work!

My experience with Dr. Brittain and his entire staff has always been beyond expectations. Being so patient with people of all ages and needs, it's just an amazing atmosphere to walk in and see smiles. Not only has Dr. Brittain referred patients to specialists but he takes the time to get to know all his patients and even their family. If there is a single practice that preaches 'We're a big family' it would be this office. His patient retention, his kindness, and his work ethic are above what I have expected over the years in clinic. I have had the pleasure of attending some of their optical events and they welcome EVERYONE. I brought my children, introduced them to the entire office and it's beyond being welcomed, it's as if they really do want to get to know everyone and just honestly so hospitable. From reception, to the opticians, to the doctor himself, I never stop raving about their attention to detail, the journey we have had over the years and just how overall pleasure I have had to be able to meet such an exceptional team of people. I send my thanks and lots of hugs, thank you for being a practice that is so proactive in taking care of your patients and being so loving to everyone that comes in through your doors. I highly recommend and no one can tell me that this team of people deserve less than a five star review. <3

Had a really great experience ! I've had troubles with my eyes and after my visit I had a clear sense of what was going on and Dr. Brittain set me up with a clear path to feeling and seeing much better which is priceless to me, He really took the time to listen and convey what I was experiencing , I look forward to sharing my experience and recommending Him to those who are looking for someone that truly cares and has the background to truly understand and correct the issues I have been experiencing, also Samantha is a rockstar for helping me decide on great lenses and frame !
