For Your Eyes Only

I've been here once, and that's the only time. When you walk in you feel like you're at a senior center or old thrift store. The most unprofessional office I've ever seen. It was very unorganized, dirty and just felt odd. The eye doctor was nice and I didn't have an issue with the ladies that helped but it was just a really weird environment overall. I only went here for insurance reasons

I am absolutely in love with this place. I feel like I have been to every eye doctor in town. The doctor is amazing- kind, patient and talented. The office lady might be a little feisty but they are always nice and take very good care of me. They got me in as an emergency because I was losing my insurance (changing jobs) and no other doctors office in town would! Perfect home town docs office.

I've never written a review before but I felt I needed too! I use to go to the clinic for my eye exams but I will never go to them again. The receptionist was quite rude! I wear contacts and do not have glasses. I also do not have health insurance and can't afford to get new frames since mine broke. I asked the receptionist at the clinic what people do in my situation and was told "well MOST people don't wait until the last second and MOST people have glasses for backup." Which I understand but I just needed the contacts. I can't afford to pay out of pocket the $500 she quoted me at. There also wasn't an option for a payment plan and I felt like she couldn't even relate to the situation I was in. The struggle is real when you don't have health insurance. With that being said the clinic refused to let me buy new contacts (my prescription is a couple years old) I'm on my last pair of contacts and they were getting pretty bad! The eye exam alone at the clinic would have cost me out of pocket $500! For Your Eyes Only understands people who can't afford that and they are willing to work with me so I can afford the exam, contacts, and even are willing to work with me to get new glasses! Very reasonable price! I will be transferring to them and so will my son! The two receptionists at For Your Eyes Only are the sweetest people ever and I felt like I was at home there! Words just can't describe how incredibly nice they are and how welcomed I felt! After speaking with the receptionist at the clinic I was in a distraught mood and didn't know how I was going to afford all of this. After leaving For Your Eyes Only those two ladies just made my day! I HIGHLY recommend them if you are someone like me who doesn't have health insurance and can't go without seeing! Because let's face it if you have bad eyes (like me) then it can be quite worrisome!

I just returned home from picking up my glasses there and I couldn't be more pleased. I purchased bifocals and they are perfect in alignment. From the doctor to the assistants I was treated exceedingly well. I highly recommend them. Edited 12/3/2021 A couple of weeks ago I dropped my glasses on the sidewalk and dinged one of the lenses. I called FYEO and the lady said to bring them right in and when I did she said there'd be no problem as they were still under warranty and she ordered a replacement from the lab. I picked up the new ones yesterday and they are perfect. I had to pay a whopping $3.00 for the shipping. Before she let me go she took the glasses back to the doctor to have him make sure the prescription was correct and of course it was. Maybe the physical location isn't the most glamorous but that's all eye candy. The bottom line is that their service and product are top notch.

I haven't been here in a long time, I went because I was Molina health insurance and they were one of the only places in town that took it, but I still remember what the woman said to me when I picked my frames. "Oh yeah, people pick expensive frames and cheap lenses so they don't look poor," after I chose to get regular lenses without any extra treatments. The doctor was nice enough but if you decide to get your prescription here, they don't write the PD on it so it makes it a little harder to order them online (I don't know if that's their intention).

I can't believe this place is still in business! Worst customer service I have ever seen, staff were rude or completely ignored some of the customers waiting. I also waited past my appointment then after a great 15 minute appointment with the Dr. I started to look at frames, but was asked to leave and come back another day so the woman working could go home. When I came back I witnessed inappropriate behavior and conversation about other clients, which is a big violation in healthcare. One employee was high on cough syrup, and basically tripped over boxes of glasses on the ground. The place is a mess, unlike any medical office I've ever been to. I'm not usually one to write reviews but this place is awful and needs to do some serious improvements.

I'm so happy I've found this place! For years I've been paying for exams elsewhere not knowing that they accepted my insurance. After hearing great things I decided to see what they could help me with and next thing, I had 2 pairs of glasses ordered. I'm SO pleased with the customer service, I would highly recommend anyone to For your eyes only!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. The doctor is fantastic - very kind and patient - and the staff is great too. Bobbie is very friendly, responsive and on top of things, and Divona (not sure if that is spelled right) is extremely helpful and so nice! They worked with me and accepted my insurance even though there was a mixup, and really treated me like they care. I had problems with my contacts (something wrong with my eyes, not them) and they kept giving me new brands to try at no cost. I highly recommend them!
