Not sure why I make an appointment...ALWAYS late, like my time is not as important. The longest was a nearly 2.5 hr wait for a 20 minute appointment. For my mom so I was out of work for nearly half a day. So frustrating!

I have yet to meet someone in their reception area who is courteous and professional. I am not going to go into the details, but they should consider re-staffing.

The group that sells glasses is very slow; customers are required to wait in two different lines (one line to check in and another to wait for someone to talk to). Wait times are excessive and you cannot make an appointment. Turn around time for eye glasses is excessive in my experience: I was told it would take 1 day to install lens in frames; I called after a week and they told me someone would get back to me 'within a week', not acceptable. If you are willing to wait, the products offered are good quality and they will make minor adjustment at no cost, however the prices charged are above average and significantly more than on line glasses of similar quality.

Always have good interactions with the Eye and Ear clinic. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have waited almost a year for my daughters glasses when I call to speak to someone I get a voicemail every-time..They lost her prescription in the system the first time, and had to re-order them..I still have yet to hear back from them..She had an exam back in January 2025..We are in October I'm beyond irritated with this business!!!

Confluence Eyecare has put me in the worst situations on multiple occasions. It's very poorly managed. Every appointment I have had there has been canceled at the last minute and rescheduled months out at no fault of my own.

Get a one-star. When you get your eye exam. They should put the PD on your paperwork. Not everyone wants to buy your glasses. Some people actually want to order nice ones. But you want to charge because you didn't want to properly fully complete your assignment. Measuring your PD should be mandatory when you're getting an eye exam. Not when you're buying your glasses. It's a joke of a system
