I got my first pair from them 9 years ago! Held up so good. Needed a new pair so got my eyes checked and got a new pair from another place but they just didn't work well. I remembered I went go Wal Mart for my first pair so I went back. Miguel was so awesome! I ordered my new pair from them. Came in in good time. Wore them home and not a problem at all. I. Love.Them! There lenses are better then A. B. Plus Miguel was so patient and knowledgeable, I felt confident in getting my glasses from them.

Every time I call, the staff is exceedingly rude, as if I'm interrupting their day. Contacts take over a month and a half to receive. I've had so many poor experiences with the Woodland location that I drive all the way into Vancouver Walmart for a better experience and to receive my contacts within two weeks. It is very unfortunate and very disheartening every time I try to give them another chance because I'm local. I just feel like if you don't enjoy your job, then you should probably find a new career path. And if you're an employer, I encourage you to cold call your employees. It's really too bad.

It's been several months and after finally getting my contacts they made my vision worse after two more times trying different contacts, still not right. Then I was told to wear the contacts anyway and just go buy some reading glasses at the drugstore. I requested my exam results and prescription and they refused to give me that information....many months and a few hundred dollars later, I still can't see. I was treated like I was wasting their time. If I could give less than one star, I would. I feel like they totally ripped me off. They have my money and Im in the same situation I was before I went to them

One rude person has completely wrecked my optical experience at this Walmart. Don't know her name but she was very rude to my spouse. Seems that she doesn't wear a name tag, or has it turned backwards, so you cannot see it.

#teamwalmart Nathan from the vision center took his time to make sure I got the best fit for my glasses. When I came back to make my final selection, he had a few extra frames picked out to try on and I found one that I liked even more and I was very happy with my entire experience

I love the staff here! The optometrist is always helpful and fun. I had the best help in choosing my frames, I always get compliments on them and am told how they are the best ones I've had to date.

Worst experience I've ever had getting glasses. Had my lenses messed up 4 separate times for them to only insist that I was wrong and that they did their job correctly in the end they admitted they were wrong, the last mess up however my lenses didn't even fit in my frames and I was told word for word "A normal person wouldn't have noticed that" never going back worst customer service I've ever received from any business. Not pleased at all
