Extremely professional, great communication. I was very impressed with Irina's knowledge and smooth diagnosis. I leave outside of that area but will not mind driving there for my eye appointments moving forward.

So disheartening, this place totally dropped the ball on my daughters glasses, we have been waiting 13 weeks and still nothing. They have given me the run around like you wouldn't believe. First it was 6 weeks, then when I called at 8 weeks I was told it was going to be 11 weeks and that I was originally told that, no, I was never told that. I'm almost positive whomever orders the glasses made a mistake and now they are pushing it off on the insurance company. Very unfortunate as I have a child who very much needs their glasses and is doing without. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Staff was friendly and seemed to have a decent selection of frames. This is my first time ever having to schedule a contact fitting appt over four weeks out of my initial eye appt. Every other eye and vision company I have ever been to fits the same day or just a few days out to order in proper lenses. Fingers crossed an earlier appointment opens up.

The ladies up front are super. And Dr Rotkowski is wonderful!

I wish I could this vision clinic negative stars. I went to this clinic to have my biannual glasses and contact prescriptions redone. I was given a trial pair of lenses (the doctor insisted I change brands from what I had been using) which is usually included with the fitting fee, I paid my total bill at the time of the initial fitting. When I returned for my followup appointment everything looked fine so I asked the INCREDIBLY rude receptionist if I could have a print out of my prescription but did not order my contacts from them (as their receptionist was very rude and I had decided I would not be returning to the clinic). She called another lady from the back to tell me that they would not give me my prescription that I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR unless I either ordered contacts from them or paid an additional $40 for the contacts they had given me during my fitting. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never return and I'd highly recommend anybody considering this clinic to look elsewhere.

I've been visiting Woodland Eye and Vision for nine years and I'm about to buy my third pair of glasses from them. Everyone has always been very helpful and their prices are competitive. Wheelchair access isn't very good but at least I can get in and out of the building.

Staff at Woodland Eye & Vision were really helpful. Nurses and doctors explained what was going on the entire way so I didn't feel nervous about any of the tests and the woman who helped me pick out my glasses gave me plenty of options for frames and lenses that fit my needs and budget.

Absolutely love Woodland Eye & Vision. We as a family have been going to them for about five years now.They are all very friendly, professional, informative and fun. They have a great selection of eyewear. Love that we have a great place to go, in our town.
