I had a great experience with Dr. Bennett. I was leaving Walmart and thought I'd stop by and see if I could get a last minute appointment if anyone had cancelled that day. I was very fortunate and even though they were still incredibly busy, they were able to squeeze me in! The staff was very friendly and apologized for my wait even though it was super short and they were doing me a favor by squeezing me in. Dr. Bennett has such a positive personality, it's almost contagious and added to a great experience that I was dreading to figure out. I recommend Dr. Bennett to any and everyone!

Husband went for eye exam, got his glasses back and couldn't even see out them, Walmart in Summersville w here he got glasses were very nice, they told him to go back and talk to the eye doctor and if the prescription was right they would replace them no charge, to go back and to his doctor to check the prescription, it was going to cost another 50.00. He said he was not going to give another 50 for a another exam that he was not satisfied with, she rushed through the exam and when not accept that the prescription was wrong, Went to another doctor for exam, the prescription Dr.Bennet gave was totally wrong!! 500.00 dollars that is hard to come by went down the drain! Shame on her and staff for not having better customer service. I didn't want to give them one strar!!!

I made my appointment and asked if they accepted Humana Insurance. They said yes. When I went in they told me I was approved by Humana for my eye exam. Dr. Bennett was very professional and sweet. Afterwards I went to pick out my glasses and at that point was told Humana was not accepted for eye ware. NOW I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR GLASSES. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO A CUSTOMER?????

I have seen Dr. Bennett multiple times and she has always been very professional and friendly. The staff is always helpful with things I need taken care of and I feel like it's a very comfortable environment. I would recommended Dr. Bennett for eye exams and any eye problems you may be having. She will do what she can to help or refer you to the right person who can.

Such kind staff, went above and beyond what was necessary to help me with my glasses. Made my day, as all other optometrist were closed.

I didn't want to give one star! She did my exam, I spent 427.00 for glasses the prescription was wrong, found out when I went for another exam at a different dr. Call to see if she would at the very least refund the money I paid her SHE SAID NO.

So rude.
