Every person I interacted with was so nice and genuinely caring at this office in Kanawha City. I can't say enough good things about Hunter...he made my experience awesome! I felt cared for from the moment I walked up to the reception desk and that just continued throughout my whole appointment. The receptionist was super sweet & professional, Hunter was amazing at his job, the Dr was so nice and took time to explain everything to me and the Optometrist even came out and helped me pick out frames (that I would never have picked for myself) and I loved them! I'm so happy that I found a new eye doctor's office that really goes above and beyond expectations! I highly recommend this team to everyone!!!

Dr. Ludlow and the staff at WV Eye Consultants have been so great to me. I am so grateful for their care. I have been suffering from a corneal ulcer with a severe infection. They got me right in straight from my eye doctor's office and have followed me very closely. I am slowly getting better and am slowly gaining some vision back in my left eye. I couldn't be more thankful for their expedient and competent care.

Whle I miss the smaller office when it was in Quincy, I'm pleased that more have access to this level of eye care. WV Eye, from reception to exam, exceed expectations in every way imaginable. Staff are friendly, professional, thorough and work hard to make certain patients are comfortable. Dr. Potwin is amazing; I can't imagine going to any other eye doctor.

Very impressive, they just as of right now have seemingly gone above and beyond at every turn of my care. I don't think I will have to say much more about it. I have an eye surgery scheduled for a correction in the future with them and I am not all that worried. This says volumes to their care because I am usually kind of a wuss. They have put me at ease and worked great with me and I am confident that it will be a success I will update the review if needed, doubt there will be any need for it.

We've been taking our kids here for years. Always an amazing experience. Wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. From the receptionists to assistants and optometrists, they are all great with my nonverbal son. Even though he's only there once a year, they remember his name and he remembers them because they're always so nice to him. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an eye doctor

Totally Awesome!! The staff was very polite,friendly and professional from reception to checkout. The optical exam was the best I have had in years. The technician and doctors were extremely detailed, gentle and patient. I'm will be going back to the Kanawha City office next year.
