We're able to get me in within a few days. No wait time when I arrived. Receptionist explained my insurance coverage as soon as I checked in. Dr Nathan was very kind. Explained my options, the exam and his process. Ladies who did testing were reassuring and explained the procedure. I would recommend Whittington Eye Care to anyone needing to either find or switch eye care providers.

My twins and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jessi and all of the staff here in the office! The girls were thoroughly checked over and able to get a room with toys to keep them preoccupied while waiting for their eyes to dilate! The sweet office doggy out front was a wonderful addition! Everyone made us feel welcome and was super professional from the time we walked through the door!

Dr Jennifer is so sweet and takes the time to make my son feel at ease during the eye exams. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. . Highly recommend this office. And we love the therapy dogs!

I moved to West Virginia just about a year ago and had an established myself with an optometrist yet. This place came recommended I called and while they were booking several months in advance, they had a cancellation For the following day and asked if I wanted it! Good news for me! It is a little bit out of the way, but well worth the drive! Literally every person that works there has a smile on their face, takes time to actually greet. You look you in the eye and make you feel like they are happy to see you, what you have to say matters, etc. A young student doctor worked with me who was amazing very professional and polite, Dr. Jesse was his supervisor and Again, super kind and professional, Donna and Teresa at the front desk and everybody else. Highly recommend will definitely be going back!

The receptionist and care staff are always cheerful, inviting, and friendly! Dr. Mark and Dr. Jennifer called to check on me when I had a surgical complication from another facility and Dr. Jesse took her time taking great care of my daughter!! I highly recommend them!!

Professional and friendly, early hours, customer service was amazing. They have a large selection of frames and those that help order them are willing to help pick the best frame for your face. Highly recommend!!
