It was my 1st appointment today with them. Last Friday I called and Ms. Mary was so kind and helpful on the phone. She took my details and scheduled me. Upon arrival the office is really nice, clean and spacious. The ladies/staff at the front were welcoming. I was then helped by Ms.Vicki and Ms. Angie for the tests/exams they were both nice as well. Ms. Angie took time to get all my medical info and documented details. I appreciated that. Dr. Scott Henry took great care of me and answered all my questions. He was pleasant and helpful. Overall great experience with their very warm and friendly customer service. I already have my next appointment set. Great staff and practice so far from my visit.

Within the past couple months I've been to multiple eye doctor facilities and this was by far the best one. To have someone genuinely care about the issue, ask you about your problems instead of just going off of a chart, and thoroughly explaining things to you is just such a refreshing feeling! Thank you to the staff for making it feel so welcoming and not making it an awkward/uncomfortable interaction!

I take my daughter her to see the specialist even tho she's an adult I'll leave the review. Everyone in the office, the staff members ,the nurses ,the doctors, everyone in the office were great. Everyone I mean everyone is really friendly and they go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I've never seen a doctors office treat their patients as they do here. 8 will highly recommend Dr. Burrell or any other Dr. In this office. Thanks you guys for treating me daughter with kindness and respect. Kudos to all of you and bless you.

I was offered treatment for my eye problem during the consultation. I was so thrilled to not have to come back after the exam. They were so friendly and understanding.

All personnel were very professional and personable. Each (including Dr. Warner) took time to explain each procedure and answer any questions. It was an outstanding experience and one of the best medical visits I have had.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone from Dr. Burrell's office since 9 AM. Nurse will not call me back. Every time I call they say "can you please hold" and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and it hangs up. My husband is supposed to receive IV steroid today and the place they sent the referral to said that the authorization can take 2-3 days. We don't have 2-3 days to wait because the doctor said this needed to be done TODAY. Here we are stuck not knowing what to do because no one from this office will answer the phone or return a phone call. EDIT: I also want to clarify that the main issue with this place is the phone communication. Dr. Burrell is so wildly intelligent and I have full confidence in his ability to care for my husband's condition. He is willing to answer questions and is so kind. Tiffany, the office manager, knowing that I was beyond frustrated with the phone situation, actually returned my calls, followed up with me and helped me when no one else seemed to care. She is definitely an asset to your team and I am grateful that she was able to help me.

Dr Burrell is absolutely amazing! He listens, he cares, he is proactive. I promise you won't be disappointed!

I was very nervous about coming for my appointment. I was shocked to learn that I had cataracts. I thought I was too young. However the staff made the appointment very comfortable for me and I have less fear now than I did, however I'm still apprehensive, but that had nothing to do with the staff in the visit. The office was nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating since I'm in a scooter. Overall the appointment went very well and I look forward to having my procedure done with this team of eye specialists.
