I was sent to Dr Francis for an emergency appointment when I was seeing double. I was scared, not knowing what was going on with my vision. He was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. He showed no empathy or kindness like you would expect from a medical professional. Telling me that I need not repeat myself. Just assume that he knows that I am seeing double. So I didn't have to tell him each time. (My bad! In my distress, I said the same thing twice) He then went on a rant because Urgent Care sent me there with no information, but then sent me to the emergency room without any diagnosis or documentation himself. I won't be going back for my follow up appointment and I would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Francis is brilliant and so kind. I don't trust my eyes to anyone else . He is a exceptional doctor. I drive an hour each way for my eye exams. The office is very clean and efficient.
