Eye Associates of Teays Valley

This was my first eye exam in years! Dr Francis and his staff were very professional and personable. Dr Francis took the time to explain to me, in detail, what exactly he was finding. I would recommend this office to anyone!

So far I have only been there for the assessment of cataract surgery. But Dr. King is all business, and that's what I like in a professional. No one should be whining about his personality, or the office carpet. That has nothing to do with having your eyesight restored.

Dr Francis is the bomb! So thorough, personable and great at explaining everything. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends and am confident my eye health is in the most capable hands in the country since my initial visit.

I had my first visit to Eye Associates of Teays Valley yesterday and was overall pleased with the experience. The parking lot and building are well-kept, and the signage makes it easy to see. They have quite a spacious lobby, with a single TV and a smooth wood floor. Caution should be exercised around the rug, however, as it is buckled up in the corners, and due to it being stuck down to the floor, this cannot be fixed easily. The reception staff was friendly and quickly got my information entered into the system once I filled out the paperwork. Once I saw the optometrist, he was very knowledgeable and explained both his diagnosis and the reasoning behind it. It was clear to me that he wasn't out to make money and genuinely knew what he was doing. The only factor that led to me giving four stars instead of five was the wait time I experienced after being brought back to a room, which totaled about an hour and ten minutes between intake and seeing the optometrist.

Doctor King is very knowledgeable and helps me understand what's happening and what options are available. He is affable yet to the point. I've had eye problems since birth, so I've been to many doctors. He's the best ophthalmologist I've seen.

Very professional, Appointments were made in a timely manor. Wait time was minimal. Very organized and helpful as our case was a bit involved. The office personnel did a great job and the Doctor himself is very knowledgeable. Overall a friendly office that does a great job. TY!

Dr King in Teays Valley West Virginia, it's a most wonderful doctor as well as his staff. I would recommend him for anybody who has eye problems. And he doesn't hide the truth even though it might not be good news. But he also is the eye surgeon and will be giving me cataract surgery soon. Because my one I was so bad and considered blind out of it, he got me in very fast to have the surgery for my cataracts.

Dr Charles Francis has always been wonderful! He takes his time and is very knowledgeable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also, easy to get an appointment.I would highly recommend him and Eye Associates!
