Nitro Eye Care

There's a young lady who works the front desk, I didn't catch her name but she has dark hair and glasses. She is so pleasant and sweet. I had issues and had to reschedule and she was the most helpful.

They were able to take my family and I (4 total) as new patients with not much notice. I really appreciated it and when we got there, they staff was great and worked well with my kids! I am happy with our switch to Nitro Eye Care!

Wonderful staff. I have been going here since i was a little kid. Now my little family goes. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a large selection of glasses which is great! I highly recommend Nitro EyeCare.

The staff and doctor were great. However, the person I spoke with about purchasing frames actually scoffed mockingly when I expressed my aim to keep the cost at the very least possible. Obviously thinking she was above common respect. I left . I have to wonder how many she has taken advantage of that didn't know to question different/malleable charges. Always ask questions folks .

Like other reviews, the staff is just rude and impatient. I didn't like the lenses they recommend and the woman acted like I had a personal vendetta against her and was so annoyed that I didn't like them. I've been wearing glasses for 16 years, I think that is enough time to know what I like and don't like. Instead of saying something a normal customer service professional would say like "oh no I'm so sorry what don't you like about them? Let's try and get this figured out for you" she was like "well yeah it's going to give you a migraine your prescription got worse by .25" and ....even took the time to take my glasses back to check the prescription to try and argue about how my vision is what is at fault here. It's just weird. I'll spend my $500 elsewhere next year for sure.

Pretty bad, in like almost all aspects. I'd advise going elsewhere.

I was greeted by staff as I entered as I was the first patient of the day. There was no wait. The tech was thorough and explained everything well. Dr. Taylor was prompt, pleasant, thorough and professional. My prescription did not change so I chose not to replace my glasses that day. Dr. Taylor answered my questions and provided good advice when asked.

Doctor is very patient and knowledgeable. Takes her time to give you a very skilled exam. Very friendly staff but, cell phones should not be allowed by techs when they are in the room with you. I was told to "hang on a sec" while she answered a text.
