I had to rate Nitro Eyecare (Dr. Taylor) one star to be able to review. There should be a rating of something less than a star. The actual doctors and the employee who works in the eyeglass department are very nice, however, the front desk employees are rude, dismissive and condescending. I was in this office today with a family member- I am appalled with the treatment that we recv'd from the front desk staff. We had an insurance question- we were treated as though we knew less than nothing and then basically told "goodbye, we are done with you now." I actually stood my ground and informed the woman of my feelings- she had her say and then dismissed me by turning her face away from me. Both my husband and I are patients with Dr. Taylor but never again. Not with this office staff. I urge anyone needing a new optometrist to look for a friendly helpful office staff.
