Moore Vision Center

Went back in October for eye pain got told I was just having ocular migraines. It didn't sit right with me so I got a second opinion and turns out I have a pretty serious eye infection that's now resisted antibiotics and medicated eye drops. Now I have to wear a medical contact to heal the wounds in my eye. I can't help but to think that had it been caught when I originally went all of this could have been avoided. So, you're thinking about going here save yourself and go somewhere else.

I thought the prices here were completely reasonable. The staff was well informed and made sure I understood what my portion of the visit was going to cost. I felt like the exam was very thorough and the doctor was attentive and answered all my questions. Can't ask for much more than that

I had appt Nov 22, arrived and doors were locked. Staff advised I would need to reschedule due to staffing issue. Arrived today Dec 17th for exam and was told that unless I choose to have my medical diabetic exam also done here that they would not do a contact lense exam. I will no longer be a patient here or refer friends and family.

Dr Moore was pleasant. The assistant dealing with the optomap was pleasant. The assistant dealing with glasses, contacts and billing was horribly rude, unhelpful, unresponsive to questions, and pushy. I have dual coverage and she didn't want to explain anything, she wanted us to pick more expensive frames, and she wanted us out. She pointed at the frames and walked away. I have never paid as much as I have for a visit nor have I ever been so angry and frustrated when leaving an optometrist ofc. My daughter was even upset. They scheduled 2 appts at 4 pm then rushed us out the door so fast they actually beat us off the parking lot. Worst experience. I would rate them a negative if google allowed.

I brought my daughter to Dr. Moore because he accepted our vision insurance. We recently switched eye doctors to one closer to our home after our insurance changed. When the new doctor evaluated her glasses he discovered that Dr. Moore had not appropriately balanced the prescriptions in her lenses and the exam showed that her issue has gotten worse - most certainly because her lenses were not balanced correctly. We trusted Dr. Moore to know what he was doing. Evidently he doesn't. AVOID!

He isn't nice. I told him that my glasses were very old and the prescription wasn't up to date bc I like to wear my contacts more. He ignored me and based his prescription on my old glasses. When I couldn't see out of the prescription, he yelled at me. Very unprofessional...Wouldn't recommend.

Been to moore vision twice after a long period of time before finally getting a new pair of glasses everyone to me is very friendly and dr is very polite he's quite but answers questions if I have any.taking my son to him next time.Only thing is price for glasses is little high.(but I like the choices they have)

We have been seeing Dr.Moore for a long time. Always a great experience here. Highly recommend.
