Awesome Dr. very detailed and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff. I have difficult vision problems. Wouldn't trust anyone else to help me.

Very disappointed. I've gone to her in the past. In 2018, I had what she called a mini stroke in my left eye. Last week, I contacted her office because I was afraid I had had another one in the other eye. I was told she was on vacation and was given another doctor's phone number. That doctor confirmed that I had had the same issue in my other eye. He then ran blood work to rule out what might have caused it. He was very professional and helpful. He was sending the results of my exam to Dr Rashid's office. I called today to see if she received them and asked if I needed an app with her or a specialist. I was told the first available appointment would be in June. I asked if I could be referred to a specialist because I was worried my eyesight would get worse. According to the staff member that answered the phone, Dr Rashid said she wasn't available until JULY. I had just been told June. She also stated that I should go to the ER if I felt it was an emergency. I was very disappointed in her response. No empathy whatsoever.

My appointment went smoothly and is a very friendly practice and Dr.Rashid takes her time with her patients and really listens to them.

Every time we have an appointment it get re- scheduled because the office is taking a vacation or have a few days off I was called Monday and specifically I was told today Thursday the 18th at 1:15 was my daughter's eye appointment I called and she told me no honey it was yesterday the 17th at 1:15 you missed it I asked if they could get her in and she said if you want to wait a few hours maybe we can get her in today there's no guaranteed this is the worst Eye doctors office I have ever seen in my life will be finding my daughter a new eye doctor

Extremely dissatisfied with her service. After 3 visits to her office, I was very happy to move on to another eye doctor in town.

She is always very kind and through. Wonderful staff . Highly recommended.

Really thorough and detailed. The staff and Dr. Rashid are always prompt and efficient.
