SO, the receptionist is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, and she doesn't do her job. The first time I went in a woman with a terrible case of palsy couldn't write (shaking too badly) and the nurse said and I quote "No paperwork, no doctor". She wasn't going to help, and she wasn't busy. She was texting. SO, I helped her. The receptionist was rude with her, and with me. Dr. Nelson made some rude comments about homosexuals while I was in there, because I guess he thought that's fine to do in front of a heterosexual engaged woman. Who knows. They both sucked. My prescription gives me a migraine.
