Absolutely do not go here for glasses!!! Mine were damaged at work because they kept falling off my face because they didn't do their job correctly. When when I finally found time to return them, they won't even honor the extra warranty I purchased after spending well over $1,500 !!!! This is unacceptable!!

Had the pleasure of dealing with zach and preston. Zach stayed distraceted and didnt order my contacts even after taking my money. When spoken to about it he shrugged his shoulders and said so. Got my money back. Wont be returning.

Sharon and Zach at store 2036 were very helpful and attentive to my needs. I brought one of my student's glasses in to be repaired. The frames could not be repaired. Sharon found frames that would fit the lenses and repaired them for me at no cost. I was willing to pay for the frames but Sharon said there was no need. I was brought to tears as I and my student were given such a gift. Thank you Sharon and Zach, you made this principals heart happy.

My wife and I both got our glasses and eye exam here. The doctor was fantastic and very thorough! When it came time to pick our frames we were helped by Sharon. She was absolutely great, and helped us both with frame recommendations! We both love our glasses and the outstanding service we received from everyone there!

This vision center is the best! Sharon went above and beyond to help us with a situation with my daughters glasses. My daughter had issues with her glasses being adjusted at the vision center in Cross Lanes. An employee there used heat on her frames and cracked them. The employee told her she had weird frames and said she was sorry for cracking them. When she handed the glasses back to her she told her to be sure and glue them before she wore them. Never offered to replace them. We had purchase these glasses at the Southridge Vision Center so I called and spoke to Sharon. She apologized for the way Cross Lanes had handled the situation and told me to bring the glasses to her. My daughter took them in and Sharon replaced the frames. She definitely knows what outstanding customer service is all about. From now on we will go to see her for any adjustments needed!
