Dr. Stevens and his staff are superb! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. I recently became a patient, along with my daughter. He is very thorough. He answers any question you may have, and he is a very genuine individual. You can tell he cares about his patients and loves what he does. His staff makes setting the appointment and completing paperwork a breeze. The main thing is, he and his staff make you feel comfortable, and welcome. I have even scheduled a visit for my husband! They follow all Covie safety guidelines, and remain personable. I feel that anyone would be comfortable seeing Dr. Stevens.

Excellent experience! Recently relocated to the area and just realized I was almost out of contacts. Called to see if they were accepting new patients and I was able to get an appointment that same day. Doctor Stevens along with the entire staff were all very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Great staff ! Dr Stevens is very caring about his patients. If you have an emergency his staff is great to schedule you in ASAP. I hate that my Insurance changed and I have to leave here but I highly recommend Dr Stevens and his staff for anyone looking for a new eye doctor .

Outstanding Eye care! The staff are well trained, professional, and extremely supportive. They are courteous and comfortable to discuss or follow through with any questions, orders, bills, and /or problems you may have in a timely manner! Dr. Stevens and his staff are always very welcoming and friendly. The office is beautiful and the people are kind. Dr. Stevens is knowledgeable and spends time explaining any problem that he finds. I've never felt rushed or left with any question unanswered. I'm glad his office is in St. Albans, but I would travel much further to see him!

I have nothing but praise. I first saw Dr. Stevens last fall for a routine appointment and was impressed with the thoroughness of my exam, the vision correction Dr. Stevens was able to achieve for me and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I recently had a vision issue and was able to get an appointment on short notice. Dr. Stevens did a more thorough exam than I've had in my life and was able to treat my condition and ease my mind.

In addition to an amazing staff that always has a smile on their face, the vibe of the place is more like a spa than a doctors office! Dr. Stevens and his staff do a wonderful job and make going to the eye doctor a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
