The staff was very knowledgeable and very kind. They financed my glasses. They were a little over 540$. The down payment was like 145$ (which I did think that was a little steep) but my payment for the next 6 months are only 72$ they automatically deduct from my checking account and the lady let me tell her what day of the month I want it automatically withdrawn. Which I think is great. I was seen by the dr,and 2 other assistants and the lady that helps with your glasses and ALL OF THEM WERE VERY FRIENDLY. Even the lady that checks you in at the front desk was polite and friendly

Dr.Heath is amazing with young kids. My son was very shy and herself as well as her nurses were patient with him and he eased into his visit by the middle point of it. They were very good at explaining what they were doing to him and explain why. He is almost 7 but doesn't enjoy long doctors appointments. Nobody complained to me when he started to get restless and impatient as most kids do. Abigail was his first doctor at his first visit at 5. She was also a sweetheart and very kind and on a level that makes a child feel calm. I appreciate this practice and their ability to work with children even though I have been told my child is one of the few children who go to this certain practice. Check in is always easy, and the wait is super short. Overall 10/10 they get the proper information and provide great results. The lady with the glasses and short hair at the optical section was so sweet and also someone my child warmed up to quickly for the brief time they interacted

The eye exam was thorough and complete and my questions were all answered in a professional manner. The only negative aspect to my visit was standing behind their products they offer even if the supposed warranty had expired. The coating on their lenses on my most recent eyewear partially flaked off leaving me unable to use them .
This was my fourth set of glasses and I feel very much offended by their refusal to refund my money for this defective pair of glasses. Also, they have dropped their low profile glass cases. The only practical ones in favor of high profile and soft
cases that are not practical and in regards to the soft cases I was offered do not protect my glasses at all and the high profile hard cases are not discrete to carry on my person.
