So I was referred here for eye issues, I've called 4 times now to make an appointment. After being on hold for 20 minutes I hang up because at the beginning of the call it always says there are 1 or 2 calls ahead of me. I try to make appointments on my 30 minute lunch. Usually after 1.5 minutes Patty will say please hold I'm with a client. On the 3rd call someone answered and I informed them what an inconvenience it was to have wasted an hour on hold. She informed me she was busy and hung up on me. The 4th time it took 10 minutes to get a live person to get my information, 13 minutes to get my information, 21 minutes to schedule. Customer service sucks here. 20 minute call once would be one thing but 80 minutes to schedule is ridiculous! Hope there doctoral services are better!
